01 Ferro Alloys Production across multiple SAFs and an alumino-thermite unit in India and Zambia, with active trading desks in Kolkata and Dubai. 02 Iron & Steel From DRI through steel-making, casting and rolling to BIS-certified TMT rebars, marketed under our own brand Uber 600. 03 Engineering Fabrication Technological structures, heavy steel equipment, stacks, tanks and boiler auxiliaries — supplied to BHEL, SAIL, L&T, Thermax and Tata Projects. 04 Metals & Minerals Active trade in manganese, nickel, tungsten, aluminium, copper, fluorspar, rutile, ilmenite and more — sourced and supplied internationally. 05 Healthcare CLIRNET — the multi-platform healthcare knowledge group; myMD — a network of pharmacies, OPDs and diagnostics; Strathspey Labs — critical care pharmaceuticals. 06 Technology Services Prosperitas Services, Princeton NJ — Business Intelligence, custom product development and an AI/ML Center of Excellence serving North American clients.
